I just clicked to add text.
Uhm, yeah. This is my first journal in a long time. Im going to try to make it something interesting to read, with some updated facts about old Streaky.

I am graduating from art school (just secondary) in a couple of weeks. I can say I haven't been here much since my super-active years 2006-2009, which has also been annoying for my creativity. I used to draw loads every day just to improve. I wanted to create my own style, and not follow anything specific. But not during these three years of education there hasn't been much of what I actually wanted to do.
We have been sculpting (is that a word?) in different types of clay, we have been made to-scale model houses, painted clouds and plates using acryllic and oil paint on canvas etc. I love using different techniques and learning new things, of course. But I still have trouble with anatomy, for example. I have suggested multple times to my mentor that I would like some educative sketching and some help with that kind of stuff. But apparently she hasn't been interested.
We have had photography during the years as well, which has resulted in many new pictures, yes. But I have also realized it will never be more than just a hobby for me. I am not that interested in thinking about every detail. I love my camera, and I love watching photos. But snapping a few for the moment, is something that I value more. Of course that is photography as well, but from what we have learned, I mostly learned that it would never be a profession for me.
Anyhow, people. Now something a bit more light. I have a drawing-tablet that I am using for my digital arts, and have for a little while now. I have many projects at the same time, and I can say that I like a few of them. However when I visited my boyfriend in the Netherlands last month I made a huge mistake. I accidently left the pen on his desk, and at the airport, I realized I had forgotten to bring it with me.
I know I could just buy a new one, but it's quite a lot of money for poor me

But he sent it to me a few days ago, and I am expecting it to arrive maybe next week. So after that, I will be able to draw much more again. I can scan my sketches and actually start with some nice work again.

So DeviantART, I hope that I am here to stay once more. Summer is coming up, and that is one of my more creative times. Can't wait!
If anyone read, thank you. ^__^ I'm glad to know you all. Tell me how you've been, please!
